The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be not available.
A brief CV questionary enables the appropriate chair person to introduce all lecturers to the audience. Therefore lecturers are asked to download the CV form and saved with the Presenter’s lastname and return it to the organising secretariat by
1 August 2019.
The management of all the projections will be entrusted to a single system that will automatically upload the presentations to the meeting rooms. The presentation should be saved with the Presenter’s lastname. Please upload your presentation onsite at the Slide Center. Slide format: 16:9 Presenters are kindly requested to use PowerPoint (2003 or higher) for Windows. The Slide Centers PC are equipped with Microsoft Office 2016.

Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference.
As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.
The poster should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. Standard size for posters is 0.85 x 1.2 m (DIN A0-German Standard) vertically oriented. Therefore, please find the following specifications:
The ePoster will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference on an A0 screen. Please prepare a pdf file of your poster with the following attributes and submit the pdf-file no later than 5 August 2019 via internet
